Actually in the past 4 or so sets of tires they've had 100% fantastic service, price usually better than tire rack, fantastic perks (free lolnitrogen, road hazard, flat repair, etc etc) and to boot i get to have a $1.50 hot dog and drink while waiting. I ordered the pss monday afternoon, had a voicemail thursday afternoon that they were in.

I made the mistake of going in after an ot bruins win, one guy had called out, i clearly got a rushed newbie and they were slammed.

First mistake was my takeoffs (still good, on cl now) had accidentally been thrown in the scrap bin, someone had to recover them and got 1 wrong I didn't notice till getting home cause were bagged.

Second mistake was the rears were inside out. Not exactly kosher on a set of pss.

It was a hassle, and a lot of wasted driving. But they did give me a gift card, the manager was roughly in the same state of awe as me, at no point did he try make any excuses. I don't plan on changing where I go for tires, but i will double check everything now before leaving.

Neither were glaring mistakes unlike a time a tire monkey at a chain place botched a tire swap where all necessary items were clearly stated to be in the back of the vehicle instead pulled the 16" tires off the wheels the car was driving on and was trying to fit them onto 17" wheels, no joke. Hell the assclown even had to reach over and move the set of mounted 17" tires he was supposed to be unmounting to get at the unmounted wheels he was trying to stretch the 16" onto.....

Still that wasn't stupid as taking a 13 year old to the prom, trying to get some and posting about it.
