Got everything sorted with the help of Zach over at Delicious Tuning. I only ran into one issue after reflashing the ECU but so far I seem to be the only one. I'm gonna drive the car for a bit more to see if it is just the computer "learning" or if it is something else. Overall though this car is amazing with the tune from @DeliciousTuning. It pulls hard all the way to redline. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Hey guys, I have a few questions about belts:

What brand are you using?
Where are you ordering them?
How often are you swapping them?
Have you had any problems with specific brands?

Gates, I picked up 2 from amazon for 25 bucks each at amazon. I messed up the install on one of them and the replacement has worked fine with no issues.

I probably jumped the gun on saying something as nothing was diagnosed yet. So far the diagnosis is not tune related but vacuum related. I'm going back and checking all my connections to make sure I have everything clamped properly. I already changed the fittings on the back from the plastic ones to brass ones and used Teflon tape for extra security so I don't think it's from there but I'll check that as well. Did some things last night so I'll do some datalogs this morning to see if it is running any better.

Over the past 8 months and 10000km of having the SC kit, I have monitored the oil in the charger and have had to top up on the 4 occasions.
I've drained the oil to check how much oil has been used.

2000km - 120ml
5000km - 40ml
7000km - 30ml
10000km - 30ml

The instruction book from Sprintex indicates change oil every 50000km 157ml.
Based on my records if I never checked the oil as the instructions on install indicate SC pre filled, I'd be ruining with no oil after every 15 to 20000km.

Sent this info to our Sprintex agent, which I'm advised new Charger is on the way..
Keep an eye on your oil levels.

So where exactly is this oil going? I had to add a good bit to mine after only 1500 miles on the blower.

It can only into the charger if no external visible oil leak. I have to take kit off to change so will verify if any oil on the core or inside the manifold.
I have noticed a thin black oil slick line in my coolant bottle, but can't see how SC oil would get into the coolant system, so it might just be from the Glycol in the coolant.

Post more info on exchanging units.

Must also mention since taking the Blue Gates off, I have no more crickets in the engine and the belt tensioner running a whole lot happier..

I just passed 54K miles on my car. 20K of it with the SC on there. First 12K non-IC, 8K IC'd. Car is still running like a champ. Not burning or leaking oil in the motor, and I'm racing it in autox 1-4 weekends a month depending on the time of year. About to have Bill do a custom Delicious Tune with a Raceseng 70mm pulley and PPE EL headers and overpipe for 91oct.

Check my build thread for some pics and videos of the headers in action before the tune. Will post video and dyno plots of the tuning session at Infamous Performance after May 14th.

Have you got a oil cooler on, I'm going to be doing some track time and wondered if absolutely necessary

I check and change my Sc oil monthly, hence how I've found how much is missing each time.
