As much as I'm not a domestic fan, their trucks are darn near bulletproof. My uncle's work truck hauls a trailer very often, and his truck has over 300k miles on it. Its been extremely reliable. If I had to buy a Truck it'd be a Chevy or Ford!

My gmc that has spent 80% of it's life buried in mud holes has 298k on it. Original motor and trans. I agree with your bulletproof theory

LEXUS you tool!!! Jeez. I believe in the comparison it would go
Lexus=BRZ, GT86 and FR-S=GMC. If I'm not mistaken the only difference
between the 86 and FR-S is lights right? The Suby came with "luxury items"(leather, Climate control, heated seats/mirrors, fogs, HiD's, and a purtier badge) and a RIDICULOUSLY higher price tag.
As far as machine to machine they're all 3 identical correct?
Correction, The GT86 is available as spec'ed out as the BRZ

The biggest issue I've got with this whole thing is...Why is the wife touching the car with bare hands? There'd better be a microfiber cloth nearby to wipe the area down!
