i have tried the whiteline+mtec+kartboy combo. it does have more distinct and certain shifts except its a little too stiff and heavy. the shifting action has to be in line with steering and pedal inputs and these parts go a little over the top..

My kartboy barely rattles with the mtec drift and only slightly noticeably with the stock knob. Weighted knobs seem to reduce rattle, i guess because they act like a mass damper.
I have the stock knob. The shifter shouldn't rattle under any circumstances, hence why I'm taking it off.

you can do it all.

but if you do the whiteline insert, then dont add the perrin/forcefab.
if you add the perrin/forcefab, then dont do the whiteline.

having both right under need the trans will rattle your teeth out.

I have the Whiteline trany insert for the shifter, I will stay only with this concerning the trany.

Just the Whiteline already add some noise, but I love it, it's not too much... I don't imagine with the Perrin...

If I do an another mod for the shifter, I will take the TRD short shifter for sure.

Thanks!
