Id say dont get it towed just get someone with a beefy truck to just drag it off your property. Roasting the hell out of the tires. If someone did it to me i would get some gojack under the wheels and park their car all the way up the drive way and turn it side ways and just block it in. Make sure you have a sign visible somewhere saying no tresspassing. You could also put up a small spike strip near the end of your drive way if you know your not going out. He drive in and pop go the tires. You cant be charged with damaged because its your property and you can do what you want. If you make it high visibility he cant claim he couldnt see it. If you put it slightly up the driveway you give people room to turn around but if they park they are blocking the street. Most people around me dont look to see if anything is on the drive way other then for kids and cars. So he would pull in and get screwed

put up a no trespassing sign, then call the cops and state this is the third time this has happened and you want it towed.

if it was me I might just drag it off the property but you might get nailed for hurting the car/tires.

Wait for the owner of the car to return to car.
Jump out of bushes wearing a ghillie suit and machete.
Rape the owner.
Murder the owner.
Dispose of the body in the car.
Have car towed for illegally parking.

That'll learn him.

I would put a boot on it. I have one for my car hauler, you can buy one at a trailer supply.

If you dont have one I would park two of my vehicles to completely block it in.
That way when they want to move, they will have to come ask you to move your vehicles.

They wont do it again after that.
I would definitely put a camera on it in case they decide to vandalize your vehicles.

Whatever you do, keep in mind they probably will retaliate so yeah, call the cops first. Otherwise, I'm for the dog shit in the grill idea.

pictures?

i live in a busier area of town where a lot of people will claim as you are about the area in front of their house being private property-- it's not. street parking is fair game for anyone.. that's why i'd like more of an explanation/pictures to make sure this isn't the case...

If you want the Cops to have it towed, I believe in most states you have to have signs posted but check your local laws.

All the "vengeance is mine" stuff above sounds good, but it will just escalate the issue, and could get you sued, and they end up being able to park where they want because now the own your property. Creating a situation that would intentionally harm someone or destroy property, even on your own property, is illegal at worst and will get you sued by our local personal injury lawyer almost for sure.

As some mentioned, I'm relatively sure you can have it towed if it is on your property regardless of whether it is posted or not. Easiest thing to do, drop in or call your local police office and ask what you can do. They are usually pretty helpful with that kind of thing.

I actually live in a condo building and have two purchased parking spaces in the underground garage. There are mutliple signs around the garage that tell people the area is private and that their vehicle may be towed.

The garage itself needs an electronic door opener, so I'm guessing the vehicle belongs to a visiting friend of another condo owner.

The only reason I'm not in a rush to call the towing company is because I own two parking spaces: one for my car, one for a visiting guest. Because the guest parking space may be vacant for long periods of time, the other condo owner probably noticed it and thought it was safe to tell his friend to park there.

Well it's not! I need that space open for MY GUESTS.

Why don't you just park in your guest spot before they do? Then they'll know it's yours. If that doesn't work have the condo tow them according to their signs.
