After reading all the neighsayers I did start to wonder how Porsche had got the half cage, harnesses and race buckets set up so wrong on their road going GT3's.....glad someone added some facts to this thread.

no one is doubting the safety system of a cage + harness + seat.

What we were talking about is just running a cage with stock seats. There's way too much movement and way too close of the placement of the cage next to one's head.

Your fine bro, I wasn't directing anything at you. There have been 1000x guys on 1000x different forums spewing stuff with nothing to back it up. All I'm doing is showing the other side of the coin with reputable information to back it up.
