1991 318iS? Yep, you should definitely let it go... TO ME! Always wanted one. I had an '89 325i and my only gripe was the gas mileage. 318iS would fix that, and a chip/exhaust would fix the power gap.

Sell E30.

M3 = luxury fast touring coupe that is modern and girls love them
318i = inexpensive reliable fun daily driver that has good mileage
911sc = classic Porsche enough said

The GT86 is like the 318i, why sell the M3 and end up with two cars that are similar? Right now you have 3 cars with different variety for different occasions, I would keep it that way.

Now if the E30 was a M3, that would be a different story.
