I hate long wait and drive there. Will wet sanding it help remove those scratches? Maybe 2500grids or 3000 grids?

no. you need a glass polishing kit, and even then, if the scratches are very deep, glass replacement/support pad replacement(the felt covered part in the door) is probably a better option... glass doesn't polish like paint, so 2500/3000 grit paper is just going to scratch it with no way to recover it.
