Production on our 4-1 Race Header is underway. We've machined custom head flanges out of T304 SS (definitely not cheap to produce lol). The flanges are port matched to the factory exhaust ports and are designed to work with our selected primary runner size.

We've also machined custom T304 SS v-band flanges with a leak proof male/female interlocking step. Finally, our header will terminate into another custom-machine T304 SS 2-bolt flange to mate up to the overpipe/turbine inlet pipe.

These custom SS flanges will make our header one of the only full-T304 SS headers on the market.

So if we go with full ptuning exhaust(turbo or N/A) still gonna have a 2bolt flange in there? or Full vband?

We don't have immediate plans to create a v-band NA or turbo overpipe. However, using a v-band connection on our header and terminating it with a standard 2-bolt flange gives us the flexibility to produce a full v-band NA or turbo setup later on down the road.

We're still expecting about a 6-8 week time frame.

One more update before the weekend starts. Here are some teaser pics of a few of the production pieces of our WMI system. We're still prototyping the controller mount, but we're close to finishing it. Our WMI system will use the latest AEM controller and will feature an optional AEM failsafe flow gauge. We'll be making the entire system PnP..... washer bottle, battery mount, pump, wiring harnes, failsafe, ECU logging input, etc.

For those of you planning to tune with us, we'll have full fail safe integration into the stock ECU using custom RaceROM maps that we're currently developing and testing.

Like our header, oil cooler, and washer reservoir, we'll be doing pre-orders on these very shortly to get full production started.

Are you remote tuning with Toan and booking time on a dyno so he can dial it in remotely. How is the progress? Making 300 whp yet on pump?

Toan's tunes are great. Never any issues on my car. I won't hit 300whp on 91 pump and stock exhaust manifold, at least not on Mustang dyno.

So you are booking dyno time and remote tuning during dyno sessions? How do you feel about that process? Do you find it to be wasting a bit of dyno time (money) waiting for updates?

I'm curious about how this process actually works out from the end user standpoint.

I'd be happy to explain the process, but I'd rather take most of it offline. I've been to a dyno twice, and those times I've sent the logs. All of the tuning has been street driving. I'm sure we could hash out a whole day on the dyno together e-motely but for convinience its been over email and phone. I'll log one day how he asks, he'll reply back with an update the next.

All in all the experience has been great.
