That last 5 hp is certainly there if we pushed it a bit more. Also I think that's SAE correction. Use STD like most others and you'll get a bit higher of a number probably.

Also that stock front pipe is a killer. We see a good gain there when it all matches from header to the rear at a full 2.5"
Pretty certain with E85, he could clear 200 easily with safe IAMs. Clearing north of 200 on that setup with pump gas?? IAMs might be prone to drop a bit.

A local here tuned by nelsmar clears 200 easily on E85, and I THINK with that fuel he's got safe IAMs (not sure, as nelsmar would have to confirm), and he's running JDL UELs, though he also has JDL front and overpipe. Thus why I'm certain that 200 could be easily hurdled by use of E85. Not just a 200 whp peak, but a peak well north of 200 whp, like 210 or 215 possibly.

190ish is what I'd expect on pump gas 93.

195 is still pretty good. It's just not what I'd expect for E85 is all.

Just because two dynos are a Dynojet doesn't mean they have the same calibration or environmental conditions.

Read this wrong . I was all ready to get my voucher

Thanks for posting. I have exactly the same setup but mine has a bit more rasp for some reason. I had an issue with the skid plate clearance though when installing the header. Given that the plate is made of quite soft aluminium, we fixed it the usual Russian way - with a hammer (see Armageddon movie ) - made about 5 mm clearance but I'm still worrying that it might have some impact on that raspy noise...
