Who knows the sizes of the oil fitting that goes into the fuel pump and connects to the long braided oil line that plugs into the oil reservoir? AVO sent me one that is about 1/2x too small (the side that threads into the oil line) Totally f*** up my install today.

I'm running a full 3" with similar numbers, but at 13psi, so I do think it helps.

You mean the oil pump right ? The 90degree hose fitting is sized for a 3/4" wrench so in my dealings with hydraulics, that's an AN-06 fitting.
The fitting that threads into the pump housing might be a NPT 3/8" - AN6 adapter.

Took mine for a rip last night and my boost gauge is saying about 7psi under full load in a higher gear.

I currently have a Delicious e-tune on my car for 5psi. Any suggestions on what I should do? Am I fine to drive around with a 5psi map with it boosting to 7psi until Bill sends me an updated map? Or should I adjust the wastegate actuator to turn it down to 5psi.

edit: Map 2 on my tune is an 8-9psi tune. Should I just run that one?

I should add that my AFR is seemingly fine at about 11.5ish

That would definitely be a question for Bill. We don't know what your map is configured like.

Should be fine. Are you just on the original 5psi actuator?

Yeah, it's the stage 1 5psi actuator. I'm assuming it's adjusted out to 7psi, so I guess I could back it off if I had to.

I'm just wondering if there's something I'm missing by thinking that if it hits 7psi and the AFR is solid, does it matter all that much until I get my map tweaked? I'm obviously waiting to hear from Bill for the verdict on this one, but my original plan was to run around 7-8ish PSI anyways.

deuce: The map is the Delicious 91 octane. My assumption is that companies have an "off the shelf" type of map for certain kits that they tweak based on someones mods and revise them as logs come in.

There is no way to tell you what to do without seeing logs. AFR is only half of the puzzle with the other being ignition timing and knock. As long as your logs look good, then keep running the 7 psi and enjoy it. Just because you have a 5 psi actuator doesn't mean you will get exactly 5 psi.

^^^^ exactly. Mines the opposite...if I turn of my boost controller I only get 3-4 psi so idk what's wrong with it but I have the 8psi one going on soon

First-gen turbocharger kits had a 5psi actuator, and around the 3rd gen we moved to 6psi actuators as the base when long-term testing over multiple vehicles confirmed that would be safe enough on 91 octane of reasonable quality.

A 6psi actuator can easily have it at 7psi if it's screwed in a little tight on the pre-load and under high load. It should not be an issue if the tune is good and if the gas quality is ok. IAM may drop a bit if the gas is dodgy, though.
