It looks like here is the spot for the feed.

Easier to just get an aftermarket oil pan?

Huh I have never heard of them offering this kit with an engine oil feed. Interesting.

Someone local has one, forget his FT86 account.

Vortech provides a bung to be welded on the passenger side valve cover. It's a PITA to get to and remove the Valve cover.

Instead of welding a bung to the valve cover couldn't you just use that oil feed spot FyeaFRS pointed out?

My guess is you can't use that for return because the pressure is trying to push oil out of that hole.

I actually talking about the feed lol. If he can get the feed from that bung then why go through the hassle of welding a bung on to the valve cover.

What pulley size and belt size are you using? My issue was too large of a belt & alignment. Don't forget the upper mount is slotted so that you can align the pulleys.

I got the sc kit about 7months ago and that was the pulley and belt size that came with the kit. Didnt do any upgrade for the pulley, and everytime the belt break, i replace it with the same size one. Thanms

Try installing a k060970. Vortech changed their belt sizing recently.

Before starting my own thread I figured I would post here...

I finished installing my Vortech supercharger this past weekend and tuned it with an off the shelf FA20CLUB tune. The test drive went well, the car drove smooth, no CEL (this thing is awesome!). The next day when I started the car I got a CEL, drove the car home from my brother's when I did the work, plugged in my scangauge and pulled a P0451 code. Cleared it, started it again and went for the test drive, no check engine light no issues. The next day I drove it to work, 45 miles without any issues. I start the car after work and the CEL comes up, pull the same PO451 code, clear it. It felt normal pulling out of the parking lot but quickly felt like stock again, or worse. I think I am stuck in limp/safe mode even though I don't have a CEL currently.

P0451 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

So, I am looking for some advice. Has anyone had a similar issue and success resolving it. What could be causing this? Anything I should check? What should I ask my tuner for (disable the code maybe)? If I were to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes or so to permenantly remove the code and get out of limp/safe mode, would I be running the risk of causing any damage?

Thank you. I appreciate your help in advance.
