Intercooler, Piping, Coulpers and T-Bolts, and a Flex Fuel Sensor (GM) have all been ordered and should be here this weekend and into next week.
I already put on a Manual Boost Controller for the time being, I sent Bill a few more logs and observations. Hopefully with all the information I gave him and once the Flex Fuel sensor gets here we can really have some fun. But I will say the increased boost is quite enjoyable.

Now just to wait and see if we can get the car to provide some better gas mileage while not in boost which is how I mainly drive it and why I liked a turbo setup in the end. I will admit the Resonator has had a negative effect on spool time. I will find a way to put a muffler after the turbo but for now I lost another 500RPM spool time is now around 3300RPM depending on gear.

On the gas mileage side I used to get 280 miles a tank before filling up I got 220 this time. I have played but it does seem to be getting worse gas mileage all around compared to N/A E85. I am hoping we can get that closer to where it was with the information I sent Bill.

I also hope Bill like the Flex Fuel Sensor I bought, I asked him a few times about flex fuel and boost controllers and he has still been to busy to get into it with me. Looking forward to when @DeliciousTuning is clear of its move and back to normal.

Aww your going to make me clean the engine bay aren't you lol.

I haven't been able to put the Intercooler on as I need the smaller washer bottle but can't find where to buy just it yet. But I will take a picture of the current setup for you tonight.

Ordered a shorty antenna for the car today.
The flex fuel sensor arrived as well as the rotors. I get to put those on this week but I will be playing with the Vette first, the Tiger Shark bumper is ready to go on!

Maybe a dumb question, but how do you deal with the O2 sensors on a rear-mounted turbo like this? They say the sensor should be behind the turbo as the pressure from being in front of the turbo will ruin the sensor.

Hmm I didn't run across any complaints on issues with this regarding other STS kits but I will keep an eye on it.

He just started tuning a few months ago so the lack of experience bothered me especially dealing with E85 and boost.
Also Nelsmar and I aren't on friendly terms. I tried to get him to calm down on one of his pushes against a local who choose OFT and it turned into a bad situation. Since then we both keep our distance. The few times we have spoken it's not been on terms that inspire confidence so I choose to avoid a bad situation with my car.

Fair enough, didn't know it was that bad.
Hope you get your car sorted soon.

It might just be that we are both watching and waiting for the other but I think this is one of those situations where we are so much a like that we just don't get along.

Anyway I'm on my third attempt to get through to Kraftwerks... every time I get to the front of the line it makes me pick again and I get a voicemail or sent back to the que...

However I did find the Flex Fuel Connector now I just need to find the connector for the O2 Sensor so I can make it plug and play. I also need to get a few fuel line connectors. wonder if I can just buy them from Scion....

Alright so Kraftwerks will not sell me the bottle and if they did it would be 250.

I got the drilled and slotted rotors on. I would have preferred just slotted but they gave me a great deal on them.
