Trying to edit the launch control. Should I be worried?

Loaded the XML file "._RR_ZA1JA00C" into ROMRaider, opened up the bin file "Stg1 A00C" and it showed me this..
My CAL is A00C. It still loads after giving me this message but I'm hesitant to flash it with this message lol.

You need to get the definition files from the openflash site here (bottom of page)
http://openflashtablet.com/products/...ads/index.html

As I think the defs from RR are on a different github branch and don't have LC tables defined.

The checksum message is normal as OFT ROM's are not check sum corrected, when you save rom it will be corrected and the OFT would correct it anyway

I downloaded the romraided XML from the OFT website. Just so I understand clearly this is normal or doesn't matter correct? When I save it the checksum would be fixed anyways?

Yes. whenever you save a ROM in RR it fixs the checksum1.

you also get an error re checksum2 you can ignore that one.

I think the OFT ROM's are done with tunepro which does not correct the checksum.

Well, if it is, Im having a hard time making it work.

(first time using RomRaider, took the occasion since I also had to erase a CEL)

Here is what I did:

1- Downloaded the RR xml definition file, RR_ZA1JA01G in my case

2- Added it in the RR ecu definition manager

3- Then started messing around, opening all sort of files (.bin, my supposed original tune, beta tunes, ....)
Somehow I managed to fix the cel on my current tune and also uploaded it successfully on the oft.

But I did not find a way to have the "Alpha BRZ FFS/LC" thing appear on RR left column. Any suggestions? Sorry to bother you guys today, Im doing my best to learn..

I already watched all of Shiv's tutorials on youtube.

Thank you

Make sure you get the romraider def from the openflash downloads the "standard ones on RR don't have lc/ffs tables defined.
http://openflashtablet.com/products/...ads/index.html

Also you cannot enable lc/ffs on a stock rom its needs to be a patched rom ie an openflash tablet vishnu rom as they have been patched with extra code for ffs/lc

I would like to know this too. i spent a lot of time trying to find parameters in my B00C bin like an idiot before i read this. Can we flash another version or should we wait for implementation. Also i see all Vishnu tutorials are in TunerPro. Where can we find XDF files for this?

Still not defined in RomRaider?

Not a big deal, just figured I'd play a bit with romraider is all 8)...

not yet as far as i know, i am still waiting as well. Probly not a feature i'd actually use, but would be fun to try a couple times on a deserted road.

Most likely will be included in Shiv's next round of OTS map updates.
I heard rumours a while back that 1.6 maps were in testing.

Nothing yet. I just haven't had the time to test/implement it. Hopefully by the next OTS map release.
