Alright I need to get my hands on one of the smaller windshield washer bottles so I can finish my intercooler install. Anyone know where I can get one?

What an awesome morning.

As most of you know, I was debating on putting on the Borla UELs I bought from someone in Kentucky. I bought them for $300+shipping. I thought it was a scam the whole way up until getting the package in the mail. The guy I bought it from literally made his first post in these forums advertising the headers. I figured PayPal would save my ass if it was too good to be true. The guy said he is going F.I., and just wanted to get rid of them.

I bought some Grimmspeed header gaskets to go along with the UELs, and took it over to Alan's house @AZFA20). I briefly looked over the headers when I got them in, but I don't know enough to truly know how good of shape they were in. Alan took a closer look, and said they were as good as I thought they were. Flat flanges, everything.

I don't plan on taking my car to a shop from here on out, because the whole process with @AZFA20 was fantastic. He took extra care to preserve the gaskets and studs, because he knew I might go back to stock, and because I didn't order a new overpipe/header gasket for the new headers. He did a perfect job of keeping everything intact, until we came to the secondary O2 sensor. Turns out, it came cross threaded from the factory (not an entirely uncommon situation, looking elsewhere in the forums). Alan did a great job carefully wedging it out until we saw the damage the manufacturers had done.

Since it is an uncatted UEL, we just zip-tied the sensor to the frame, until I am able to get a replacement. I got the CEL, unsurprisingly, on the way home, so I ordered an OFT from @Cross. I am so thrilled with how a track pipe with the Borla UEL sounds.

Thanks so much to the guy I bought the headers from for a smoking deal, to @AZFA20 for the excellent work and great learning experience, and @Cross and @nelsmar for the advice on tuning. As I said last page, the whole FT86 community is amazing, no way I could do this without you guys. At least without going bankrupt, that is.

Oh yeah, thanks to your wife/girlfriend, Alan. That was a good Margarita.

The vid obviously doesn't do it justice, but it is still very much racecar! Thanks again @AZFA20. I have a GoPro, and I have been meaning to do some in car, so I will try to upload some of that shortly.

Cause one is not doing anything other than looking pretty and one is the exhaust lol.

As soon as I figure out how to redo the exhaust and remove the resonator thats currently before the turbo both tips will be functional but for now its just the one. (Which is how the kit came)

Alright here is an exhaust clip, and some flying water don't worry its not coolant or it would have been blue lol.

I wanted to join you... I opted instead to have my own tech day.. Oil change, taillight swap, wash & wax.. I'm exhausted!

Anyone running a Borla UEL header setup with Perrin resonated exhaust? Hoping to hear the setup in person at some point before making the investment.

P2097 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1
P0219A: Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance

I would say the rear o2 is trying to make a fuel trim adjustment.

Let me see if I have your tune stored here and i will make a change to it. As for the second one I am going to say its connected.

Also the fact you are running E85, did you just start doing so? Could be part of that you got a log?

Tell me which ROM you are, its on the main OFT Screen A01C or 700C etc. I will send you a new tune from there, actually I can just send you my E85 tune as it has the fixed Cold Crank as well.

Its probably the 5th tank of E85 I've been on since flashing to the canned 1.55 UEL tune. Cleared it and going to check if it comes back up.

Alright if you decide you want it let me know I will send you my UEL E85 OFT Tune. Its 1.58 based so the same as your 1.55 just with my Cold Start, FFS, LC and other changes.

Speaking of which @4azcats and @amaciose you guys wanted me to change you FFS and LC right?
