At first I used the 12v Accessory Plug from the glove box. Since that worked great, I bought the plug from Lowes as described and shown in this thread:

Ok, that's cool. Wish there was a way to make the grid spread a bit wider, to more closely align with the width of the car.

Crazy thing is, I was just at the hardware store before I got home and found this in the mail. Too excited to wait or go get the right tool.)
What would be the right tool for the job?

Completely agree. Nevertheless, the camera provides much greater comfort when backing from my driveway or a parking spot.

Absolutely.

I almost always roll down my driver's side window and stick my head out when I'm backing up, so I've got a good view of that side of my car. I park in a garage at work, and once backed into a spot, got out, and found the bumper about a fingernail's width away from a concrete wall, and knew I needed the backup camera installed ASAP (had it sitting in the box a couple weeks).

While I might be tempted to remove the grid lines if we had that capability, they do help me backup with confidence, knowing exactly when I'm within 24" of the wall.

Then installed my STI replica kit from JonMotoring. Great fitment. Can second that the double sided tape that is included is not the best. I went ahead and used 3M VBH tape and it was flawless.

Looks Great! I am ordering the same kit today. Did you paint the Sti kit parts? Do you need to?

Order my new rims 2 weeks ago from Prime Motoring, and still waiting for them.

It might take another 4-6 weeks.

They will be shipped from Japan cuz they are not in stock in the United States.

Today I resisted spending a lot more money. A loss in some people's book. A win in my book, as I really want to get the ***ch out on my first track day before spending much more $. I will probably buy a header before then (alright planned on it), but in my opinion, driving instruction/HPDE is vastly more useful than more "stuff". ;-)

I'm totally envious of all your parts, by the way. Lucky bastards. :-)

Very easy. I found everything I needed to know on these forums. I think the camera, adapter, and tools were around $130. Here are all of the links I saved in my notes.
I have these wider angle mirrors on the way: http://www.rexpeed.net/2012/en/produ...php?serial=335 The camera and mirrors are probably the very first mods to consider.

Edit: the only part that isn't really easy is running the wire from the trunk lid to the trunk through the rubber tube. Be patient and get a second set of hands if you can.
