(What) aftermarket header is being used in these tests? Asking as haven't heard of one confirmed that fits with this kit.

Also are the toothed pulleys now shipping with kits?

Lastly as others pointed out, with this larger blower what other mods are required?.. Fuel pump, clutch, injectors etc?....

Any chance you guys will create a thermostatic controlled engine oil cooler?

Impressive gains for sure!

Pretty cool numbers here. Does the C30 "high boost" tune require fuel mods?

for those that dont know, the longest process with CARB approval is not the lab testing...its the paperwork submittal and approval process. the paperwork has now all been approved and will be going to the lab for final testing and approval.
It's a genuine question. We have several customers on the fence, but are not willing to commit to purchasing the KW kit without a CARB EO#.

Your kit is a difficult sell for California customers when there are 3 other supercharger kits that are CARB legal, so we're looking forward to getting that CARB approval on your kit.

To answer some of your questions:
-The aftermarket header used was ours, the borla works as well.
-With the pulley upgrade we used stock fueling.
-When the C38 was tested we installed Grams 550cc injectors as well as a Grams 265 fuel pump.
-We will look at a thermostatic cooler
-Toothed pulleys will be going out to existing customers

If you are truly concerned as a vendor who has questions for real potential customers then you would be contacting KW via email or phone, like a proper business would - rather than posting through a forum and waiting for a response that could take weeks.

It's pretty obvious you are JRSC fan, and almost every post in this thread shows it. There is no problem with that, but after a while it becomes tiring when you are constantly badgering the competition.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that's been thinking that.

That C38 is making my credit card twitch. 15% more torque from 3K up.

What do you suppose happens on 100% stock exhaust with C38? Back pressure, sure, but turbos make a ton of back pressure too. Not too worried about bleeding edge peak HP #'s. Would rather keep stock exhaust (it's paid for, quiet, OEM reliable, heat shielded).

Given that the aftermarket header made pretty well zero difference on the C30, I'm guess, and hoping the header will make little to no difference. Don't worry, my credit card is twitching pretty hard now to. I've just got to remind myself to wait for other to test the waters.

when you say higher boost, how much of boost are you referring to?

AFAIK, kit makes 9 psi boost at redline.

Thanks in advance

No problem!
-High boost with the C30 was 13psi
-High boost with the C38 was over 14psi (we haven't finished that tune)
