Allard Collision is the only shop in town to go to. I am in the Collision/ AutoBody business myself for an large insurance company. His shop is the only place that I would let touch my vehicles body repair wise.

Are K sports bad? Can get them but I have heard nothing good about them. I wanna get more low and k sports are in the budget but I am not sure about them.

Depends what your goal is. I personally am using them.

I just found a paycheck from 2011. Does anyone have any insight as to what I can do to get a new check reissued?

that sucks. I contacted my employer at the time and left a voicemail. I hope there's something I can do. This was a 1,885 dollar check.
