If that's what your want, build a 6:1 compression fa20 motor and run a turbo and your choice of sc.

Forget the pulleys occupying the same space, look at the flow rate of the Innovate blower... it can only flow so much air (even if it's pre-boosted by the Vortech blower), so really all you're doing is choking down the Vortech to what the Innovate can flow.
