At least my dealer here at Chaplins Subaru in Bellevue called me today to tell me that they will get a BRZ show car this Saturday. FINALLY!!! I get to see and feel what "I might" get. So anyone in the Bellevue WA area, you can finally see a BRZ from Saturday to Monday (24th - 26th).

Sales guy says "pre-production" model so no test drives. Just sit and feel. I'll be taking pictures of course.

the demo car is at carters right now. A bunch of us have already gone and seen it and taken pictures the thread is in the brz pictures sub forum.

There are no "sports cars" and really only one muscle car (Dodge Challenger SXT at $24K even).

I don't see a single car in that bunch that (potentially) looks like it will drive and feel like this one, IMHO.

The only car in that range is the mustang v6 with the performance package and just under $25k MSRP including delivery. And it had hids, 19 inch rims and led taillights. But yeah it's drive train blows up when you go to fast and it has a solid rear axle. But it has a LSD and you will be able to get mad discounts and it has way more power. Just don't drive it over 130mph! Lol!

Hopefully we will get BRZ pricing tomorrow too!

You also have to compare the mustang V6 with the $2000 performance package, it has the LSD and 19 inch rims and tires and better brakes. Around $25k msrp.

The only problem with that is the R-Spec gets more than just a LSD. If you put 18''-19'' wheels/leather-cloth interior and Brembo brakes on a FRS it would eclipse the price of a GC 2.0T R-Spec. Hyundai packages their car for bang for buck.
