Bumper: $360
Hood: $630
Seals, Grille, Absorber and Paint parts tax: $760
Labor: $1020

Almost 3k to get her back to stock condition. A damn shame, just paid my first payment.

Fought my insurance company and won. 0 deductible for comprehensive baby! Cars headed to the shop tomorrow. Will update with results when finished (estimated 6-10 days).

Here is how the crumple zone on the hood SHOULD look:

Here is how the impacted side looks:

The nice flat lines where the hood/bumper/quarter panel meet are out of alignment because of this. All 3 body shops I spoke to said bending an aluminum hood back almost never works and highly recommended against it.

Correction: My collision was $1000, Comprehensive: $0. After arguing my point I was able to get them to back off and cover it.

Glad it worked out for you man and thanks for sharing your experience. I just bought mine and only drive it on Friday to the office in midtown and the weekends I've had it four weeks now and just this morning I hit a f*cking semi tread on the 85N on ramp near Newnan.... cracked off the whole left side of the bumper, jacked up the inner fender well, and popped my rear bumper corner off somehow???.....

Now debating buying parts myself or turning in a claim thanks to your experience think Ill make the comprehensive claim...

Hope it didn't jack up anything else. I had lots of rubber marks on my catback system but form what i could tell with a brief look no dents. Drove it right back home and swapped with my other car just in case anything important underneath is messed up.

F my life I cant have nice things
