You could also just take the ticket to court with a lawyer, since its been so long since your last offense they could probably get the ticket thrown out. No points no insurance increase.

in colorado the average points for speeding 10 over i think is 4 points but you get 2 points deducted from that if you pay the ticket within, i think, 2 weeks. so 2 points really isnt much to sweat. i just dont make a habit of speeding lol
