No rings on mine, if you tighten the lugs properly you shouldn't need them.

Wow. 265 is pretty wide. Any rubbing issues on this setup?

Yeah, I had the fenders pulled on all four corners. At the front the only time it rubs is at full wheel lock, but i don't mind it bc i don't need to turn that much at the track and i rarely do on the street. At the rear I rubbed a little on the fender liner after the pull so i cut away whatever area it touched (only about an 1.25 inches wide and about a foot long), no issues now.

Does that fit a car sitting on springs (Swift springs, stock struts)? I was originally only considering the 17 x 9 +35 wrapped with 245/40/17.

It all depends what you want. You can likely run 18x9.5 +38 with stock struts but you may not have room to dial in as much camber as 17x9 +35 before you rub the strut... so 18x9.5 might poke a tiny bit more than 17x9 with stock struts.

18s look nice... but it depends what you want out of your car. I chose 17x9 because the 17s are over 2 lbs lighter than the 18s.

My car lost over 4lbs rotational weight per corner with my Rpf1 and tire setup vs stock setup

For those same reasons, I'm basically 95% set with the 17x9 +35. What camber settings are you running F/R? I'll have camber bolts (SPC) and LCA (SPC), lowered on Swifts, 1".

My rear is whatever it was after the car was lowered. I think it was ~ -2.0. The front I just maxed out the 16mm whiteline camber bolts...I'm thinking it is about -1.6 or so Unfortunately I won't know Exactly because when i got the alignment done they refused to set my front camber the way I wanted. So I told them to just align my car to factory specs and I went home and adjusted the camber bolts.

For a color I had doubts about when I was ordering my wheels, every time I see gunmetal RPF1s I love them more and more.

I do love Gunmetal RPF1s. If anything, I'll PC mine if I ever get bored of my wheels.
