Yes i did. There is absolutely no way the front pipe will fit like this. I had the over-pipe loose as i mentioned before and of course the cat-back is simply floating. The bracket is about an inch off of where it should be.

Another factor here is you guys designed the bracket so small i have to literally push the front pipe through it. Once it's on there there is no wiggle room or adjustability at all.

Put in on as per the sequence below with all the connections loose and snap a pic. You may need to also have the over pipe loose to get it aligned

1 Hang it on the bracket and start the mounting bolt
2 Start the bolts in the front of the FP
3 Start the bolts in the rear FP

I've tried every which way to hang this thing. The problem is the BRACKET IS TOO SMALL.

Thank you for posting that picture it shows exactly the problem! You changed the size of the bracket design. Case in point - look how much smaller my bracket is then what is shown in your own photo:

The mounting point on the fixture hasn't changed regardless of the length of the bracket. Send it back and we can inspect it and get it corrected. What as your order so I can note it and send you a return label

Arg.. Man you're not getting it. Why is it so hard to realize you've made a simple mistake in making the bracket smaller? Look how much smaller my bracket is compared to your photo. It has to be force fit onto the car versus your photo clearly shows there is some adjustability. How long will a replacement take i only have 3 weeks MAX before the car needs to leave for an event?

If we made a mistake we will fix it not saying we didnt. Its standard procedure to get photos and get it sent back.

Wow. drop at least $1K with these guys and they treat you like crap. Clearly they made a mistake and this guy has shown it repeatedly. I can't believe any respectable tuner would make a customer wait weeks for a product and then when its wrong deny all responsibility.

JDL = another tuner that will be extinct in 2 years if they can figure out customer service.

Not treating anybody like crap. Its our procedure to get photos of the issue as sometimes there can be some things that are overlooked. Either way we will get it taken care of

They aren't denying responsibility.... They are trying to help in real time... How is giving the guy some suggestions on how to install poor customer service? I think it can be said that not everyone on here that buys parts knows how to install them correctly. That being said it definately could be a mistake and JDL will get it fixed. Ronnie helped me when i had some leak issues and we got it squared away.

After drilling out the bracket hole on my JDL front pipe it still wouldn't line up properly.. especially with a catback utilizing a flat gasket instead of the doughnut.
I ended up cutting off the bracket and making a new one.

I asked a question about how long it will take. I have an event in 3 weeks and need to be sure i can get it back ahead of that.
