The idea behind not releasing a (free) beta supercharger tune in .bin format was for the protection of end users. Not to pad my pockets or to make anyone's life more difficult. The idea only only releasing it, in .dev file, to individual via email (as opposed to posting it, in .bin format, on our website for public download) was so that I could ensure that it was used in vehicles with the correct hardware (standard Vortech MAP sensor, standard 9psi pulley, etc.) This is extra work for us but I don't like to see our customers make expensive mistakes.

To be fair, someone has to go out of their way to obtain this. I am not going to lie, I did download the file and sent it to myself in case it gets pulled and I feel extra smart for a short while, smart enough to try and make sense of the changes made.

There was no good will, it was intentional.

Wow... Shiv has ALOT of patience. I would be pretty pissed off if I was him right now.

You seriously expect help from Shiv after the stunt you pulled? This is why people feel the way they do about your generation. No apology, no remorse, just a sense of entitlement.

Lol... and it just keeps going. Have you at least volunteered to pay his company for an etune? I bet you haven't.

Why do you think you are so special that Shiv should help you with an unreleased map for a kit that you didn't buy from him and you have mismatched sensors on?? For god sakes send him private messages for your ridiculous requests from this point forward. You should be embarrassed man.

My mistake, was just trying to be nice. You're right on his sense of entitlement - again the kid's 18 and has a supercharged BRZ. Pretty plain he's used to getting whatever he wants at a moment's notice...

The map sensor really shouldn't make that big of a difference.

Where are you running that lean? If it's cruising/idle then that's fine. PM me if you want....

14:1 means a lot of air and not enough fuel. You could rescale the MAF sensor or add more fuel to the fueling tables. At 14:1, I believe you're in danger of lean knock, a dead engine. and a whole lot of unhappiness. You should also apologize to Shiv. You should be specific in the apology.

Hi Just received my OFT today and can't find how to go back to stock with my EcuTek cable. I have the stock tune of course I just don't remember where the thread is to do it. A little help please. I know it's here somewhere, I've been typing in search questions for a 1/2 hour with no luck.
