Done. Made a custom harness to tap into the green wire on each side. Not a lot of space to work. But the way I did my wiring I made it look stock. Pictures soon. Thanks OP!

Can any of you guys who have done this post a picture of what the DRLs look like at night? I mean, how they look when lit up against a wall?

Does a plug and play adapter exist/could be made for that mod and can a such mod be made without soldering ? Like using only tappers ?

With the DRLs always on, fogs that match the DRLs are important. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think the DRLs are a direct match the headlights, so I'm looking for a match to the DRLs.

The DRLs will never match the headlights because the headlights are 4300K HIDs.

Unless, you know, you go the ricer route and install HIDs into your fog lights.

Right. The DRLs are white LEDs, the only option I'm finding for fog lights in LEDs are cool white, which come out blueish.

I just didn't know if anyone found a fog light to match the DRLs, not the headlights because that would be 4300k HIDs.

Change that last "HID" to "LED" in my post, then.

If you really want to get creative, theretrofitsource.com was selling some Osram LED fog lights for something like $200. These would replace the fog lights (housing and bulb) with moar bettererer stuff. Not sure of the color temperature of them.

Just get a cooler halogen bulbs, should look fine and functional, and not blind people.

Really want to do this mod! Being that the DRLs are now connected to the headlight will this make it more difficult to remove the front bumper when needed?

It will, I would advise you to use a connection on the source wire (DRL 12Volt). I personally life delphi connections myself
