hmmmm... Not the response I was expecting. I can think of a dozen ways it could've been taken care of with people on both sides being happy. I am glad a decision was made, and made when they said it would. I appreciate that part.

So, now I have to ask myself, are these worth $267, plus shipping, plus duty, plus US exchange, plus taxes. (about $400 all in). For some, it's an easy yes, for others it's no.

I'm not sure which way to go at the moment. I have to get this bitter taste out of my mouth first.

Seems like a win win situation, but not what i expected. First they agree with the price now they don't.

CarID does not owe us anything. They made a mistake on their website. They are doing us justice by offering a resolution - in which we benefit and they still lose some cash - to keep their reputation.

Just a heads up, I just called them and the 20% off will last for 30 days. You have to call them at the number they provided for them to give the 20% off.
