@Accurate Race Shop, how low did you go with your Megan coilovers? And about how much did it settle once you get weight on it? I have it set it for damn near max low up front which puts the top of the tire 1/2" below my fender lip, but it's still in the air. I'm trying to end up so the tire is flush with my fender, at least that's where I want to start.

Finished the redo of my exhaust (it hung too low, and driving over the rough and undulating road of [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CYtCYcfFJU"]Brockway Mountain[/ame]), put all of the under panels back on, removed the sound tube generator and plugged all of the holes, and started mocking up my diffuser.

It's been three months since I've driven my car.. And I can't effing wait to get my lower control arms so I can finally drive this bish.

My street is soo bad with potholes I can't physically get it out for a drive if I wanted to without serious possibility of damaging it.

Mine settled a little bit over time but not much. I have mine in the middle and the top of my tire is just bearly in the wheel well.

Shit, I had no idea it was that bad. Now you've got me scared.

See for me, this is an expensive purchase, and it doesn't make sense for me to make payments on a car that I drive 6 months out of the year. If I don't drive this car in the winter, then it gets put up for sale.

For the last few weeks I've not been taking the quickest route to and from work, I'm taking the route with the fewest unavoidable potholes.

Worst Michigan roads I've seen since I've lived here (8 years)

I've been doing the same thing. All the roads leading to Oakland University with the exception of Squirrel leading to M59 have potholes the entire width of the road. WTF.

Gotdamn, I'm way glad we're not supposed to get that much snow!

Only four days, then hopefully no more 30° days...

I agree I am done with all of this crap. I am planning on changing my oil this weekend and my differential fluid. Hopefully the weather will be good enough to actually drive it.

Sold my wagon last week, which means I'm down to one vehicle: the BRZ. It snowed overnight and left us with about 2" of fluffy stuff (I'm glad it was that and not some heavy lake effect), and this morning my 4.4 mile commute was one of the sketchiest I've had in about 5 years, haha

Anything over a hair of extra throttle and the back end was loose. Going around a corner, applying ANY extra throttle was a nightmare. Let the clutch slip a little too aggressively?, wheelspin.

Good riddance.

All hail summer rubber in the snow, lol.

That said, I'm gonna put my Michelin PSS back on tonight to be ready to drive it by Thursday/Friday.
As much as I hate it, OEM rubber is crap in the wet and I wanna drive the car at last.

Hey guys, Its been a while. I've been dealing with some personal issues that are hopefully in the past now.

My car's coming out of storage on the 10th. It's been far too long. My prelude is really showing signs of aging. The new wheels go on sometime next month as well, once I get tires. I'm also going to take it into the dealer for a new HPFP and to check the cooling system. Before I put it away last fall, I noticed the coolant was a little below the 'low' line when cold. It's not a serious leak but I still want to get it checked out.

On a side note, CCM is having an autoX this sunday. I'll be there spectating. Lookout for a silver 5th Gen Prelude.

I'm also signed up for the SCCA Starting Line school on May 24th. Theres another BRZ signed up so far. Anyone on here?

Edit: I'll be at the April cars and coffee's. Won't have my car for Kart 2 Kart but i'll have it for JD Racing. I'm meeting some other people at the JD Racing ccl before we head up to the MSU show.
