18" PSS will be over $1000 for sure (for example 215/45/R17 PSS is already almost $1000 installed locally). So I'm not sure how you are going to get really good tires + those Enkei rims for under $1800. I'm running PSAS3 just because I wanted all seasons for low temperature weather driving but they are for sure a bit cheaper than PSS.

I think i'm going with the Advan RS rims, saves me a lot compare to the Enkei t6s. This way i can put in more money for good tires.

remember, you depreciate the upfront cost over x-years
makes it easier to swallow cuz if you buy a shitty tire now, you'll pay more down the road, much more (tire mounting alone would eat a bill or so), not to mention time out of your day, etc etc.

I've heard of a couple local guys cracking XXRs. So I'm not sure if I would rank it as really high quality

For the Enkei t6s they have the best pricing. Not sure about XXR. i haven't contacted them about replica XXR. The only problem is they only open monday to friday and they close pretty early. |

Okay I'm not a hater but once you guys are recommending the OP to get ultra high performance tires like Michelin Pilot Super Sports, he now has to balance his budget by going with Made in China knock-off wheels with questionable quality and durability (in terms of spirited driving and how bad our roads are), when compare to even his stock OEM rims that are Made in Japan (I took mine off to verify). That's not a very sound solution either.
