Honestly though like - wouldn't that be kinda cool? And then when you don't play any movies and just a "white screen" it'd be like normal HID's haha.

Functional rice for sure, esp if you own a BRZ and can adjust the angle

I know you're trolling, but I really like this idea haha. So much better than those silly 86/BRZ logo door sill projectors people have.

I would never, NEVER do that to my car... But it gave me a good laugh thinking about it.

Man, people on the internet love to hate. It's your car, clearly you want to put under-glow, so do it. People are just hating because of the FF movies. Kinda like homophobes- 1/2 of them probably like it but are following heard mentality.

I was initially trolling, but I think it'd be the most creative use of lighting on a car for sure haha.

Anyway to OP, do whatever makes you happy man! Don't mind us and don't worry what others think, make your decision and buy from Diode Dynamics

The more I think about it the more awesome I think it would be. It's like having drive in movies in your car full time. How awesome would it be at car meets? There's so much win and it's a much better idea than mounting TV screens all over your car or in your boot like the old days.

I just had a chat with a friend who does headlight conversions and we've decided the best way would be to convert a set of FRS headlights into quad projectors and have the projector in the highbeam with a switchable globe. If you want to be really awesome have two projectors, one in each headlight then you can run 3D.

OP get an underglow, put it on your car and rock it. It's your car, the only person who needs to car about your car is you...
Just keep in mind I'm a huge fan of the FnF franchise and the riced out cars found within. I'd very happily have the Orange Supra or silver skyline as my daily... As such I am currently rocking a Varis body kit and I am installing an underglow myself. #slightlybiased ;-)

If you're looking for any inspiration just go on the Tri-State 86 Facebook group and look for anything with Jersey plates. Also, I'm sure they'd be down to race you "for pinks" as well.

Don't forget your NOS and watch out for a bald middle aged guy in a black F355. He will definitely rev you at a red light.

Bro.....

False. Bad taste is bad taste plain and simple, which neon underglows definitely fall under. Gays on the other hand, I love gays I just don't want to be loved on by a gay.

Ok maybe a little.

Go for the glow...

Look at it this way if you get it and never use it when you want to work on your car you have lighting... or it could be like a mood ring...
