a good wing can add some function at high speeds...underglow just functions as letting people know who's a douche bag without having to talk to them.

If you must go this route, you need to go ALL out to pull it off. full body kit, more LEDs everywhere and blast music at car shows. then people will get a kick out of it. stock looking car with under glow, not gonna work imo.
