Worse with the car cold for sure. The cooler it is the harder things are for the ignition. So the intercooler or cold motor both make the problem worse.

My car is very jerky down low when it's cold and at times when fully warmed up.....guess I'll have to do some logging and see what's going on.

Looks like Innovate has the intercooler upgrade kits in stock again. I got my tracking number today. Btw my coil pack issue happened on a non intercooled kit. I will report back if it happens again with the intercooler installed.

Just curious did you use pipe tape on the threads prior to install? Got these as a backup - during install the break boost fitting is a little loose. Planning on fixing that after resolving my vacuum actuator problems. Eventually I'll have this car/kit running

We'll ends up my issue wasn't the spark plugs. Going to try to replace the direct injector seals now as it seems to be happening right in the same RPM range on WOT.

I can't catch a damn break

Nope. The brass fitting's thread was plenty tight.

Has anyone installed a Crawford AOS with the Innovate kit?? I picked up the universal one a few weeks back on a groupbuy and was going to install it this weekend. I need to find a spot to mount it and was curious if anyone has one installed already with this kit and where did you mount it?

Hey guys a local is having a weird coolant leak ever since he had his IC installed. I know I saw some people who had a leak or issues with the IC. It's hard to dig through EVERYTHING in a short amount of time. Anyone have an idea where this small leak could be coming from? Just helping out the owner/Shop that installed it.

Look for the leak to be at the T that connects to the coolant bottle and into the back of the charger. Mine only starts leaking when temperatures go from hot to really cold.

I also checked my gear oil in supercharger and it was very low....only touching the bottom of the dipstick. Put some Lucas 75 90 in it and she's good to go now.

I had a leak at that T fitting. No where else. If the clamps were put on tight enough, there shouldn't be any other leaks anywhere, but check the water pump inlet/outlet, and use a shop towel to wipe down each area so you can see if its wet or not.
