Quite a few people called or emailed, but I agree. You can't say without a doubt they ruined a sure thing, but they definitely didn't help the odds, no matter how slim they were. It was $135, if you can't afford that risk just don't order them.

If you bought on ebay, technically they have to abide by the terms of sale. you've got a way better chance of that standing up than any other way.

I chose to "hedge my bet" on these and bought them on ebay too. If they back out of their website, I can take it up with ebay that they owe it to me.

I am strongly against any one that feels entitled to certain things because of other people's mistakes, but ebay has a crystal clear policy on this.

Since I'm in Canada it won't let me buy them on eBay, shipping is only to the US haha

They might have sold out considering they only had 2 left in stock last I checked.

Also like Ozzy said, its not like they actually have to follow eBay rules. 5 negative feedbacks will still keep them in the 99% feedback rating which will still let them keep top rated seller
