Ohhhhhhh..... So you're the guys keeping me from getting my 86 earlier! =P Same place. White Auto High spec. I think he said I was 5th or 6th. Come to think of it, I'll probably see you guys there the first day they give out test drives. Hehe Edit: @davey90: What price did he give you? |

However, if you're using it more as a track car, then of course, I see your point. |

Yeah same here, if it wasn't for traffic then i'll go with manual (even though i've never driven a manual, besides GT5 with a H pattern shifter, but that's a video game not the real deal). Besides, paddle shift is slightly quicker in shifting. Then again, its not a real manual. LOL! i just shot myself in the foot!
![]() Also i don't want to kill the box on a new car. |

I think they are really struggling to get the price to start with a 3. I hope it's in the 38k bracket but that's wishful thinking...

And how much is the Prius C in Japan? 1.69 million Yen as of December 2011. Not sure if same price. But for 86 is 3.05 mil Yen, or something, right? |

Prius C is known as Aqua in Japan and price b4 tax is 1.69-1.85M yen ($19k - 21kAUD).
but our cars are significantly better equiped than the Aqua. our top model which is $27k + orc has smart key (53,550 yen), LED headlights (115,500 yen), alloys, much better audio etc etc. lets say our C has $2.5k worth of options over JDM G spec, so the JDM converted price will be around $24k. only $3k cheaper in Japan. with the 86, it looks like we are getting the JDM G (our GT) and GT Limited (our GTS). G sells for 2.41M and GT Limited sells for 2.97M (both excludes tax). converted AUD is around $28k and $35k. spec seems to be pretty similar between JDM and AUDM. so in a way, i don't know how Toyota can justify $10k extra if our prices ended up to be $38k/45k + ORC. |
