Do you have access to the various parts, like a schematic or something? I don't see how I can take that off at first glance. Thanks for the info! (Also, would it be something you could special order? Or will I need to contact innovate directly?)

Take the rear elbow off. Then you can get to it, but leave it on till you get a replacement from sprintex, they have some in stock in the states. Once you get the new one, carefully remove the old one paying attention to the placement and amount of preload on the bypass, then reinstall using the same placement and amount.

I had to replace mine, not a big deal.

Call the number at the bottom, the actuator is listed as the last item for the FT86

I've developed a squeak under the hood. Might have to add me under the idler pulley squeak. Of course NAPA isn't opened tomorrow so I can't go buy a new one and test it out. Will have to wait until monday.

For those who developed the issue, how much longer did it last after it started squeaking? I am going to get tuned monday, last thing I need is for that thing to blow up on the dyno.. haha.

Mine only squeaks while it's cold so far. Just came in from work and I'll probably change mine out tomorrow.

It could be associated with the cold on mine as well, as it just started recently.

From his build thread that's E85 with the 70MM Raceseng pulley. Great dyno plot must be a blast to drive. If only Subaru had made it that way from the factory.

Lousy e65 winter mix, but 292 uncorrected whp non-intercooled!

Ton of fun though indeed!

BTW looks like we had a bad #1 coil on our car...should be fixed next week and back on the dyno within a week or two after that. tendogy can add our name to the bad coil after IC list. Leaning it out worked wonders and now running pretty well again. Think the IC just creates enough of a restriction that it pushes the AFR rich enough to show the bad coil if it is there.
