Well, beside the sleek roof line, they pretty much keep it close to the concept. (well if you don't count those crazy gimmicky light)

The STi kept the hydraulic steering and made the turning ratio quicker. Now 13.0:1. Everyone seems to like it so far.

The WRX gets electrically assisted power steering with a quicker ratio also at 14.5:1 vs. 15.0:1 for the old WRX. Suppose to have Porsche like reflexes although slightly numb due to the electronic assistance (don't think it can be helped). As far as weighted feel, some felt it was on the light side but still not bad.

I also ordered a WRX Limited in WR Blue. Got it for $1k below invoice from Clint at Heuberger Motors in Colorado Spring. Although I'll be paying $600 to ship to oklahoma plus $389 for some dealership fee. So basically getting it for invoice.

About $29k for the limited.

^ cool man. I like the STI version. They said only 1000 units available and need to find out the tag price. Good idea to contact Clint.

1000 for Launch Edition. WRB color with Gold wheel. STI will have normal production run. I would say, try your local dealer first before buying a car out of state.

Clint gives the best deal, local dealers usually are a haggle.

In Oklahoma City, the dealerships said they were selling the cars at market value. This means over MSRP for us. No thanks... Then they tried to make it out like I'm losing tons of money because they offer free maintenance for 2 years. We're talking about 3-4 oil changes max and some windshield wiper blades. They can't compete here. If I was in a bigger city like Dallas, I would buy local.

Well... My local dealer, sell me WRX 500 over invoice, and I don't have to worry about 2nd shipping + plus I'm the first guy to get the car.

I never cared about Oil changes or car wash stuff......those are easy, get discount on the car is harder, because you have to pay sale tax...every bit counts.

If you go for services, you have sale tax twice (1 from the non discount on the car, another 1 on the services)

That is not bad, considering Clint gives 1000 off invoice minus the shipping, that is another 300-400. You only loose out 800-900, it could be an exhaust =X

It looks like a ford fusion with a hood scoop, fender flares, and a wing.

Anyone? Just me?
