Muffler bearings are only good if they are forged.... And yes a Bov will help without a turbo by releasing hot air so your engine can pull in colder air. Don't listen to these haters on here... Best thing to do though before anything else, at least for gains is the pulley set. I know guy who was beating 350zs with a pulley alone.
