E85+boost
Those of you tuning for E85 I have a few questions.
Are there ANY upgrades needed to run the E85 on this car STOCK? If you add a turbo/SC and tune for E85 do you always have to run E85 or can you also use 93 oct without changing tune? would this cause serious issues besides loss of power? |

You need a vastly different tune for E85 vs 91/92/93. you will also need some bigger injectors and pump to run a boosted E85 setup.
If you tried running 91/92/93 on the E85 tune, you would run VERY rich. Also you would need to reduce the boost and or ignition timing advance. Since the whole point of E85 is to let you run more boost and/or timing. Pump gas will knock under those conditions l. |

I will add, when ECUtek adds flex fuel capability you can run any mixture of ethanol percent. The tune will adjust on the fly.
