Are you turbocharged? I was wondering how loud the full exhaust system is n/a (overpipe+front pipe+catback)? I am also curious to know if it sounds raspy considering it is a full 3" headerback and if it throws a cel with the 3" overpipe?

I am thinking about purchasing the over pupe and front pipe but do not want an extremely loud exhaust system. Btw, where is the pricing for the over pipe and front pipe?

We'll be releasing pre-order info and pricing by next Wednesday. The wait will be worth it.

If you're retaining your factory header, then the sound volume will not be super loud , because of the cat on the header. Also, since both O2 sensors remain in the factory location on the OEM header, you will not throw a CEL.

When properly adjusted, our exhaust system fits perfectly. The lowest point is where the 3" pipe passes under the subframe.

Our exhaust will have as much clearance as any other 3" exhaust on the market, since everyone will be passing a 3" round tube under the same section of the rear subframe.

that is what i was looking for not saying it won't be, My only question is it possible to put a cat in the N/A system that when going turbo will be removed from what ever pipes are replaced? I would like to stay STX, but if i have to go to SM then so be it

The NA system uses a 2.5" intermediate section. You would not be able to add a cat to that section due to the Helmholtz resonator occupying that section. If you wanted to add a cat to our DS-333 system, you could do so right after the flex section.

Just to clarify, this thread is about our 3" header-back exhaust system. which replaces everything AFTER the header outlet (overpipe, front pipe, midpipe, and axle back section of the exhaust). This header-back system has been released already part# PTP-EXH-15003.

Just wanted to clarify that since a few of the post reference the header we were developing, which is obviously not part of the header-back system. We'll start a separate thread on our Race Header once we are ready to make the announcement.
