Thanks for all the great feedback and some insider information. I have sinced moved since last interaction with the dealer from where I bought the car and now live only a short distance from another larger dealer. When it comes time for my next oil change, I'll bring the weatherstrip issue up again and see what they have to say.
Hopefully, with any luck, explaining the experience I had with my purchasing dealer will help in their decision to work with me on existing and any future issues. |
