Smile Unichip and Electornic SC?

Been reading up on a couple of things. I don't want a huge amount of power. Just an extra kick on my baby. Don't want her to get loosen up yet

What are your thoughts about these?

I'd ask this in either the tuning sub forum or the forced induction sub forum. I will take a stab at it and say this much:
If you are a tuner or have one locally you like that uses ecutek it'll be doable.
If you are not a tuner and don't have a local guy then get open flash tablet and run their esc tune when it is released.
I dunno that Unichip will do the job for you.

The OFT tune for the Phantom ESC is available to all OFT customers who need it. There are several people (including myself) running it. I don't believe a piggyback tune will be able to do what you need it to do in the case of forced induction.

Shiv is a stud and I'd run his esc tune without hesitation.

Haha, thanks a lot FRSDuke and Shiv. That's exactly what i needed to hear.
I know im on flames here but just one question. For the OFT i wouldn't need to buy any other ecu or anything like that right? Its all in that magical tablet ? <3

You load the tablet using your computer then load the ecu with the tablet. It's quite simple, and reversible.

Check out the OpenSource ESC thread. I'll be using the uni hip to control mine.

It shouldn't be too hard to wired the Phantom ESC into the Unichip. A tuner could set up a "shift light" map that could take the place of the mechanical throttle switch. I personally think the Unichip is perfect for the ESC especially if you want to be able to remove it with zero footprint.

You will need to raise airflow and MAP sensor limits to avoid CELs with a supercharger. How is that done with the Unichip?

Edit: I'm not trying to detract from your choice. I'm just legitimately interested in how you do this. And of course I wish you the best possible results!

All you need is the tablet. No laptop necessary now that OFTs come preloaded with OTS maps. The only time you would need to connect to laptop is for custom tuning. You don't even need a laptop to look at live data/data graphic as it's all visible on the OFT screen.
