That's out by a lot. Check the back of the pulley to ensure they deburred it. Most of the products raceseng sells are unfinished/unpolished. I wouldn't be surprised if a deburring step was missed. If not, send those pics to them and ask for a replacement.

I've been talking with Mike (moto-east) and Jarret (RaceEng) who have both been very helpful.

It's the same hardware there was just a bad batch. It's already a high grade, no need to change.

Around 360-370hp roughly

Figure the average 15-20% drivetrain loss

J/w Uhm at 200 hp 15 percent loss is about 30 hp meaning that's how much hp u loose moving all the drivetrain right? So at 300whp it takes 60~70 hp to move the drivetrain.?

that is a great point, how i see it, whatever the car is making over the stock whp, you add to the 200 crank hp. So if the stock in 170whp and you making 300whp with your mods then you are making 330 crank hp.

But a dyno doesn't read at steady state. It reads while everything in the drive train is being accelerated.

I always equate 300WHP to about 350 crank HP on this car.

So I have my tax return coming in a few days, when does that 210+ kit come out? Does anyone know if the P&L EL header would work with the kit? I can't see why it wouldn't at first glance but I know there isn't much clearance in front of the engine and crank pulley with it. Sorry I'm not an owner yet but looking to become one.

Should bolt right up - mine is sitting in pieces in my living room, just waiting for some warmer weather to get it installed.

you have to think that a 100 hp crank engine with 20% loss on drivetrain make 80 WHP
so to get crank Hp from WHp with 20% loss you have to divide WHP by 0.80.
80/0.80= 100

I get that part... Uhm so at. 100hp crank like u said u loose 20 hp to drivetrain but then as u increase the whp n u add the 20% u loose from the drivetrain the loss keeps going up n up why?? Example 100hp 20hp lost 200hp 30hp lost 300hp. 60hp lost..etc
