gutted the doors and pulled the windows out. Everything including the glass, mechanisms, and wiring harness equaled about 33.2 lbs. from the car. We also pulled the rear window out, but it was only 14 lbs.

Was hoping to save more weight in the rear window.

Last night we plasma cut the doors and the cage is going in. Planning to be complete on Thursday. Here's some pictures, just for fun:

I remember when you first signed up on the msp forums.. infact I think I still have one of the pics of your car in vegas with the city in the back ground.

Yeah haha. After 8 years of ownership and a turbo KL later I sold mine last fall. I do miss it in some ways, but I cannot ignore that my brz is a superior platform.

What body/aero changes are planned? Dry carbon body Seibon FRS parts (fenders, trunk, hood, roof)? Going to make the fender "vents" actually functional to help extract the engine bay heat?
