Anyways, It sounds like you beat the crap out of this car. This thread has all of the information that you need repeated over and over again.

1) DO NOT buy a 1jz/2jz/ISF/EJ25. They are not plug and play. It will need to be professionally installed and meticulously maintained. I guarantee you it will cost more than that $7.5k that the dealership is charging.
-Understand what you did wrong, then you'll see the absurdity in making your car more complex.

2) Buy a used motor and have it PROFESSIONALLY installed. See if you can get a deal with the owner who totaled the argento FRS in your area, otherwise shop around.

3) The dealership @$7500 can be your fallback option.

My bmw was my mothers old car and she bought a new car so I took it and fixed it up myself... my first car was a 120k mile avalon that I aldo worked on.

I am my parents handyman, so I do put a lot to help them.

I'm also going to school and taking the LSAT this summer to hopefully get admitted into law school. With as much as my parents have helped me, I plan on paying them back a lot when I finally start to make the big bucks. I too have worked hard to be able to make my own payments on the car after them helping me with my first two cars. I am fortunate to have their help and I appreciate, unlike many others my age that I know. I try to help whenever I can and they will be the first people that will see the bazillions of dollars I make
