Just popped a P0420 (catalyst efficiency below threshold) last night. Get that code ironed out your tune folks! :0) Header guys.. I'm talking to you. I've got both cats, but exhaust flow must be too fast for the catalyst to heat up properly.

This code usually pops if you are catless. If you have a cat that is concerning ahaha.

Cat in header downpipe is getting swapped anyway for different reasons, so we will see..

I know how meth works. I also have seen meth on cars with stock cats with no issues. Just saying.

I have no doubts that you do. Since I don't have stock cats, likely I'll need an o2 spacer on the secondary bank. The hi-flow cat may be disrupting normal emissions operation. I am not ready to disable P0420 since I want to stay compliant. I still don't think the cat on the header downpipe is heating up enough. It's not a big deal really. For those purchasing the PRE header, you'll probably end up disabling P0420.

Btw, Evan, on pump + meth your car made 276whp today. I'm not a huge fan of the injectors but it drives really good on the pump tune. Draining the gas and getting ready to tune on e85. The corn tune shound be even smoother because it will allow those port injectors to run at a more efficient pulse width.

Thank you. We didn't add power adders, so the power on pump is consistent with the last run on stock injectors and pump, which makes me happy. 10-4 on the injectors.. They were meant for the additional scalability to support corn juice and future power adders. I plan to run this thing 95% of the time on E85, so can't wait to see results for that!

Good job Erich!

So was it better this morning on a true cold start? This is something I will happily do for any of our catless or high flow catted BRZ-edit customers. I have most of your maps still from the transition.
