What did ya'll do as a solution for the A/C pulley? Did you just get the JDM one that comes in the base model Toyota 86? What do you plan to do about the oiling issue inherent to wet sump boxer engines and high g cornering? I'm pretty sure Ken Stout racing did an extensive dry sump system after having engine bearing failures.
