FRS300 - as you know, I texted and pm'ed you... but for the benefit of others, a general practice attorney would probably do, but there may be specialists in consumer law. But "specialist" = expensive.

A letter from an attorney might get you something, but I doubt it's going to resolve the matter in a way that you deem fair.

A filed and served complaint for damages, on the other hand...

Someone needs to get this on Jalopnik with his name. Every new car that comes out, he will try to do this to.

Most of the warehouse type building we looked at renting were not too keen about an automotive shop with a dyno.

It isn't that hard, and I love that we have CPUs with tons of cores and all the popular software programs are still single threaded.

I would recommend if they ask you about the business you tell them the bare minimum. You will of course have to make sure you can drill into the concrete to put up lifts and secure the dyno though. I want to open up a shop so badly. I actually got paid to install a set of coilovers on an M3 yesterday.

for the same reason that we have di/port injection and people still drive around with shitty drivability. laziness on the part of the person doing the work .

Compared to assembly, yes. Compared to python/ruby/etc, not so much
