http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34703 It's a bit outdated though and I don't believe anyone who had dynos had them done on a mustang, haven't really had much time to keep up with it but I can definitely try and get everyones updated numbers and mods.

That's cute. Point is, there are plenty of dynos showing what the kit makes, and if you want to compare numbers, any one of them is as good as a mustang dyno for comparing numbers. Mostly because comparing numbers between different dynos (even of the same brand) is a waste of time.

Compilation of Owner-Mentioned Hiccups
One of the top questions by people trying to decide on a kit is, "what issues are the owners reporting?" Slogging through dozens of pages is laborious, so here is a compilation of the hiccups/issues reported by the owners here. The numbers in the grid are the post numbers where the hiccup is mentioned, and the resolution is in parenthesis. "sr" means the issue was self-resolved by the owner. This compilation is different from the Kraftwerks and Innovate compilations because the biggest Vortech thread is not an owner's thread. In fact, there is no owner's thread, so I don't even have a tiny guess at how many owners are (or have been) active in the forum. Another big difference is that Vortech's biggest issue with idlers and belts was discussed entirely in another thread. See here. This resulted in a revision to their kit in June/July 2013 which saw them change their idler pulley and also the pipe connected to the intake manifold. See here for a summary of all kit revisions. A total of 9 owners reported a total of 14 issues/hiccups in this thread. Of those who mentioned hiccups/issues: 33% were disappointed in the installation instructions. 33% were dissatisfied by the air box wingnuts/locks. all other issues were only reported by 1 or 2 people. Feel free to interpret the data however you wish. I hope it was useful to have it compiled from 54 pages to one image. |

Add to this list of issues a failed front oil seal at 15,000 miles. I fixed it myself and will post a walk through as soon as I can type it up.
This isn't really so much an issue as it is normal wear and tear.
