Hah, I love your shop! I need to bring my tC back in for an oil change and maybe get the weird deceleration noise looked at again. Oh, and my rear sway needs to be greased--it always gets dry and squeaks in the winter. Any chance I can request you to do the work?

The accident was in another city so I didn't know 'trustworthy' mechanics in that area. Plus I didn't have the extra car/time to travel there the next day.

I guess sometimes I just can avoid paying.

To be best of my knowledge your insurance is required to repair vehicle to pre-accident condition. Including scratched wheels.....

Picked up the car last night. Dealer told me no need to replace the wheel after the suspension was fixed - cosmetic damage only.

Drove the car up to 65mph and the steering was fine.

Guess I'll live with it.
