It is amazing that he held your car hostage over words on a damn forum. If this fool would just hire some help, stop being so damn independent and focused on expanding at the rate at which he grew, he could have become one of the better shops. People did like his work and he proved capable enough to make some power.

they weren't upset because their car didn't make power. most of them were upset because it would hardly drive around town. don't ask me how i know...

That was due to lazy tuning and him overextending himself from what I can tell. I really think if he got someone to manage the business for him, and a few reliable shop guys, he could have gotten organized enough to meet demand and keep the quality up.

i'd agree as well. but i'd add that his business was e-tuning fi cars, which is just a bad idea in the first place.
